Most small businesses sell gift certificates as a PDF, a printed card or a note in a spreadsheet. That works until it doesn't.
Copies get used twice
A PDF can be printed or forwarded any number of times. Without a live check, your front desk can't tell the original from a copy.
Expiry rules are easy to get wrong
Many countries set a legal minimum validity. Too short, and you're exposed; no reminders, and customers miss their date and complain.

Questions
Does Vouchister handle the payment?
No. Your customer pays you directly, however you take payments today. Vouchister never touches the money, so there are no payout delays and no commission.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
We warn you at 80%. On monthly plans you can issue up to twice your allowance in a busy month before you need to upgrade. Certificates you've already sold always keep working.
Do my staff need an app?
No. Vouchister works in the browser on any phone and can be added to the home screen. Staff scan the QR code with the camera.
What if I cancel?
Certificates you've sold stay valid and can still be checked and redeemed. You can export all your data at any time.
Which countries do you support?
We're starting in the EU and the US, with expiry rules set per country. Tell us where you are when you join the waitlist.
